NAPLES FL MARCH 8, 2013
World Renowned Pain Researchers, Foundation Trustees and Principal Supporters gathered at The Brittany in Naples Florida to report their progress on four “cutting edged” approaches for curing neuropathic pain. These projects included neural cell transplants, identifying genes responsible for pain, repairing damaged nerves and imaging and blocking pain pathways in the brain. Together the scientists were able to explore and evaluate future scientific projects to be advanced and undertaken. This was the first International Conference of its kind and will set the standard for future meetings.
